Osburn Announces Candidacy for DIstrict 81

It wasn’t on the radar for Mike Osburn to run for House District 81, he said. It was when his friend, incumbent Randy Grau, made the decision to take a break from politics that Osburn, 48, opted to declare his candidacy.
